I have had an excellent experience with Safe Mini Storage on South Memorial Parkway. The manager is super helpful, and promptly responds to questions. Even though there are storage facilities closer to my house, I chose the South Parkway location because they had extra small (5x5) units available that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I definitely recommend this particular location -especially because of the manager!“

The set up for me was completely online. The only time I had to visit the actual office was for an ID confirmation and to get my access code and a lock. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the area itself is well lit, numbered and easy to access and the storage unit itself was in pristine condition.
I’ve used other places before and they didn’t care about the condition of the units, or anything else other than getting their payment each month. This place isn’t like that. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a unit.
