Above and beyond! Brenda is wonderful. She's helpful and gives you all of the information you need to get moved in. The store and indoor unit areas are always clean, and the store is well organized. The price is as advertised. There's no surprise doubling of prices after 3 months. The intro rate is right next to the normal monthly rate when you go to sign up, so there are no surprises.“

This is by far the best storage unit in this area. I love the price transparency, cleanest facilities with 24x7 access, and friendly staff. Most importantly, it’s secure as advertised. I moved out during the night and haven’t gotten a chance to call and cancel the unit. They promptly called to report there is no lock on my unit found during their routine security checks
